All orders are shipped within 48hrs. Items posted within the UK will require a signature from Royal Mail. 

If you are unavailable you will be carded. This is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection from your local Royal Mail depot.

Should the item be returned due to incorrect address or out of time for the above then a fresh postage purchase is available upon the item return. This can be purchased here.

• We are not responsible for delays due to courier service issues.
• International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Custom made orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Should you need to cancel with immediate effect after purchasing prior to production and postage then a full refund can be issued.
• Claims for defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
• All items are produced to order, when an incorrect model has been purchased, produced and posted by us then we offer a discount code towards the re-purchase of correct items without the need to return.
